Well, I am frustrated. The watch shipped to my former address even though I updated my billing address and looked to see that everything was correct. After finally, having the new owner of my former house ship it to me I got it yesterday (May 23). Today May 24th I had to buy a new watch band when the old band broke and fell off my wrist I was lucky that I felt it come off. I expect you to be reimbursed $15 for the new band ($5) and the shipping from my former address($10).
