I really am not able to tell you how functional this item might be. It is missing a small screw and maker information on the bottom. Part on the case is there only. I was able to clear to numbers to zero. The 11 levers do move up and down. The arm does rotate. I can’t get the arm with the small circle to move. Again, I am not knowledgeable enough to know if the calculator is completely functional. I’m tempted to state for parts only. I can state for parts only to be on the safe side.”
