Ordered an old watch and seller did not promise it was perfect, but the ad did state the watch was tested and confirmed to work for at least an hour. It does not work. Within a minute, the second hand hangs, and the watch quickly falls behind. My daughter is really upset about it. It's only $4, but the ad should have been clearer: we were buying something that is fully broken, not just "vintage."

Hello, I am very sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase. Can you share where the ad said "but the ad did state the watch was tested and confirmed to work for at least an hour" . he ad clearly stated that the watch was sold "as-is".
