The item was arrived with the fan adapter attached which caused one of the connectors to deform a bit but it still works great and cools me
It cannot cool you alone outside in sunny 30c days but it really helps and is a good boost to an AC unit running on low power. Battery life is amazing and other than customs and handling being 60 bucks in israel the product is amazing. I would 100% recommend it to anyone. You do have to bend the neck straps in a weird way to make the metal touch your back

Do not order goods from this seller! you will have to pay additional shipping cost to FedEx! The transport company demanded that I pay $70 when the cost of the goods was $108! I had to return the parcel!
