She is false advertising a selling used items but lists on the ad that it is NEW and SEALED. But clearly that is not what I received.

This person has been very dishonest from the beginning. They initially said I did not disclose the size in the description, but it is clearly in the title. They went on to say, it was opened. I would never send a used/ opened item or even list it to begin with. I care about my customers and that just would not be right. They went on to insult me and my business, after I offered a partial refund. Beware of this buyer. They are the first person I have had to block on my eBay in 5 years.
