First off, you can't because you are blocked. This person bought a Silver-tone set, all photos CLEARY show it's Silver-tone, they wanted to return it because it was not gold-tone. Photos or description didn't show or state gold-tone. Read details and look at photos before buying something. Also, my listing stated no returns and because I sold it as described they didn't qualify for the eBay money back guarantee. Now, really, whos fault is this? NOT MINE, I SELL AS DESCRIBED CHECK MY FEEDBACK..
