I'd definitely say this discontinued bicycle hub is used, not new, but the seller had pretty good photos and if I'd looked more closely I'd have seen clues that went beyond shelf wear. The sprocket does look new, at least. Anyway the price was cheap; shipping was very cheap and very quick. No major harm -- good enough for spare parts.
