After freeing up the rust frozen screws and lubing the parts after cleanup, the box has shown it will thrive for another generation ... Whoo whoo(!) Don't fear showing the flaws in the description. With a little Blaster and the right tools the buyer will bring it back to health and function. I am pleased on many levels to have said yes to this tool. Thanks for allowing the mounting board to remain to avoid shipping damage.
