Item was not new OEM as described. Looked like was salvaged from a smoke filled building + definitely after market.Communication was stoic with bad spellings + no concerns for the loss it caused me. Spent a lot of time explaining returning it would put my business at risk of loss because it would get me by temporarily while shopping + waiting for an actual new OEM that would be dependable + likely last very much longer like I intended. Looks like I spent way to much for what I got + will again.

The item in the listing has actual pictures and a upc barcode. We offered a full refund with a return. They buyer was trying to get us to reduce the price after the purchase. He/she did not substantiate any of the claims with a single picture. Also would like to point out at this time that too much is spelled with 2 oo.
