I don't know how long you've had the printer but the printer does not print with the cartridges it came with, I had to purchase new ones that I wasn't too pleased about as they are not cheap to buy so because of that, I am giving a neutral feed back.

I'm sorry that you had a issue with the ink.If you had put in for return we would have accepted the printer and you would have got fully refunded.this model printer is discontinued and we cant know the quality of the ink inside,so majority of these hp 5055 models have been sitting for awhile.usaully the inks that are included are sample inks and don't yield many prints.have a wonderful week and sorry for the inconvience.
