I would have been glad to refund the $9.00 if you would have asked or made a return request w correct information. You asked if I used item w the cord sent, which I did, & after you told me it worked. You then notified me you wanted a different voltage adapter & asked me to send one IF I had it. I didn't, the cord you requested, & shipping would have cost more than the item purchase price. You then start a return request with inaccurate reason & leave negative feedback. I have reported this.

i NEVER told you the item was working. go back and re-read your emails. the ac adapter you sent was the wrong voltage (27v vs 9v) and not even the same shape as the one in the auction photos. you agreed to send me the correct adapter not once, but twice, and even promised to send me the new tracking info which never happened. of course the item isn't working with a 27v adapter (9v 500ma on label). the electronics are probably fried, but i'll never know since you never sent the correct adapter.
