Nice lipstick. Brand new and sealed as stated. My only complaint is that postage was delayed and I had to message the seller to ask where it was, would have been nice to have been kept updated about postage issues at sellers end

dispatch delayed by 1 day due to tech issues on RM site, was received on 10th delivery est on ebay was 8th-11th. u bought on fri then it was the bank hol weekend, mon RM site was down so couldnt send tue as planned, tried upto 12am. i was in work tue. u messaged tue at 10.34am and i replied at 8pm when i also updated others on the issues i'd had the night before. didnt have the opportunity to msg before u msg me but all was sorted and communicated within 24 hours...
