Came with out OS installed but was advertised with OS. Seller made little to no effort to assist. Since there was no OS installed I couldn't load a copy of windows. Purchasing this computer set up has caused time delays and additional $$ to a tech to assist me up running had to use a ext. drive and windows install disk. All firmware needed to be updated as a result as well causing hours more in set up time. Not a great experience. Monitors are HP and pretty beat up and missing parts.

Positive: it did charge my laptops like any OEM charger. Negative: the manufacturing of the USB-C plug was not well controlled resulting in a very tight fit with the laptop's USB-C receptacle that will definitely wear out both the plug and the receptacle sooner than their expected 10,000 times of insertion and removal.
