The item was made of wool and someone washed it shrinking the garment so badly that even an extra small individual could not put their arms thru the sleeves.
I contacted the buyer and was told that they would not accept a return.
I would be very careful when purchasing an item from this vendor. They are reselling and not checking their merchandise.

The buyer is requesting a return on an item that was purchased more than 2 months ago, well beyond eBay's 30-day return period. The claim is based on the item shrinking, which was already disclosed in the listing along with the sweater's measurements. We stand by our products, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days, as we don't know what happened to the item during that time.
