Capillary glass tube heating chamber was not aligned so difficult to place glass tubes into the and the ocular eyepiece would not stay set in its place (kept falling out) & even when you hold it in place it is not aligned with the glass capillary heating chamber to view the melting point. They shipped it to North America yet gave me a Hong Kong electrical connection. Basically unusable.
