I haven't opened the package as yet, but it didn't take long for the package to arrive. The only down part was I had to pay a lot for duty on it. The stereo is for a friend and they wanted blue. I didn't know Bose made blue stereos. Also, I had no real communication with the seller, but gave them 5 stars because the item was packaged well and arrived on time.
