I don't know if this is in the making or something the maker intended to be there since it has the white around it. Strange to say the least but it was special made for someone's birthday so maybe it is meant to be there. There is a fine hair line crack under the Happy Birthday that runs up to his hand but has not paint missing and something you have to be hunting for to even notice so don't think it should be a big issue on this cute piece. However I want you to know it is there and can be felt in one small spot more than seen. It is such a cute piece and such odd painting on it that I think a true frog lover will love him even with this little flaw. However, I have taken the flaw into consideration in my pricing.”
