I liked the charm. Unfortunately it didn't fit my bracelet. Seller agreed I could return for a refund. I returned it on 8th April 2024, I have not received a refund. I've messaged the seller many times, they aren't responding. They asked for proof of postage which I sent. I messaged again a few days later - still no response.

No number shown on fitted locking bolts. Sent photograph of locking bolt head and details of car. Received correct key in good time even with some mysterious shenanigans from the Post Office ( looks like someone had broken open the package along with some ridiculous reasons posted on PO tracking website that the lock bolt removal key was "too large”! However received key in good condition and it fits. Great service from seller.
