Missing 40+ lego pieces from set. Very disappointing purchase as a gift. Seller refunded ~20% after requesting this, but never would have bought if we knew it was an incomplete set.

This buyer is unfair, and left inappropriate feedback. This Lego was almost full, but he said that some pieces are missing. He asked me for a partial refund, and I gave it to him. I also let him to return, but he took money, the item and nothing returned. He told me that can’t return because he gifted already for someone. I think he should be reported on the eBay.
