Beautiful product but started falling apart at wedding. Contacted seller who said it must of sat on or id been in sauna.
I’d asked for replacement as loved the colour and look, if they could guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. A sarcastic reply. Seller seems to think buyers asking for this is a threat? Just like a shop, if a product is faulty you reach out for it to be resolved. All a bit embarrassing really.

As I said it has clearly been sat on .From starting from oh the produc tis lovely to 5 hours later saying it fell apart . Would hate to leave you bad feedback unless you replace . Sorry threats do not work for a product that you clearly damaged and wanted another colour for free. The cheek of it !!!! Outrageous
