After receiving a damaged item from the.wandering.moose, I provided photos for a UPS claim. Everything seemed fine until I started asking him for the UPS claim # and only got excuses. (Still haven’t received the claim # from him.) Item over 50lbs was packed with thin, cheap, reused boxes and little foam kernels that are not acceptable for an item of this weight. Seller kept dragging until I couldn’t submit a return claim with eBay. Talks a lot. Excuses. Scammer. Disgrace to the eBay community

First of sir..your ups claim was submitted and was approved and you had a check delivered to your address to cover the item in full..secondly I have shipped MANY reel to reels, all the same way..with a moving blanket, packing peanuts, near a half a rolls of bubble wrap in 2 separate boxes (a box inside a larger box) that are rated for 250lbs which is perfectly acceptable for. 56lb item. I assure you I give no excuses, don’t scam and far from a disgrace. Enjoy your full refund and your welcome.
