Package had some leakage upon arrival, and the pump had a piece broken off. Fortunately, it still works. Something like shampoo (especially expensive shampoo) should really be shipped in a box with protective cushioning, not a padded envelope. DōTERRA certainly doesn’t ship it that way. It also should have packing tape placed securely over the top of the pump mechanism. You have to assume that packages will be knocked around, and protect items from damage as much as possible.
