The package arrived more than 10 days late, only after I reached out, though I still didn’t hear back. The package just came a few days later. This was only annoying but the toy came dirty and missing a stitch. The tag was on it but it was not in new condition. I couldn’t give it to my daughter I was worried about the cleanliness of it despite the description saying it was in new condition.
