Developer Sumo Digital has included a full damage model to simulate the effects of collisions, while 20-car races, pit stops, slick tires, aerodynamic regulations, and regenerative braking systems have also been included to increase realism. Players looking to get the full race experience can run through practice, qualifying, and race day in "Grand Prix Weekend" mode, while fans of multiplayer racing can team up or go head-to-head in split-screen action, using the "Fair Race" balancing system to ensure that gamers of all skill levels remain competitive.
