Shipping price is my business discount cost. I appreciate the positive feedback. But I think I reasonable considering I have to buy the envelopes to ship them in, print a 22 page guide with a laser printer, pay for tape, and packaging to make sure the drives are secure. Plus the cost of the high quality drives. Plus 15-16% on eBay fees. So the small amount I make with 30 minutes free tech support is a good deal considering I used to sell these for 129.00 a piece. So thanks for the feedback. 🤓

Just a follow-up, this user was upset that USPS rerouted their package, unfortunately I don’t have control over the mail. She was real nasty and hateful to me so much so I just refunded her money in full, then I allowed her to keep the item too when it arrived. Sometimes you can’t just deal with certain people. She left positive feedback because not only did she get to keep the item she got a full refund for something that got delivered a little late than she wanted it. This world is crazy. 😜
