Wrong bands. Don't fit. It says for a Sense 2, but what I received was for a Sense 1. It's too wide and does not fit. I wanted to exchange for the correct bands, but they don't seem to be interested in helping me. They argue that the bands are the correct ones. They ARE NOT.

Yes, I contacted the seller. They sent me the wrong watchbands. What they sent was for a Fitbit Sense 1 I ordered for my Fitbit Sense 2. They don't fit. The package that they came in plainly says it's for a Sense1. I even sent them a picture of the package. They don't seem to want to correct their mistake. They argue that they sent the right bands. They didn't! I told them that if they weren't going to correct the mistake then I wanted a refund.
