As described in the EXACT listing condition text: Factory Sealed. Please note these items have box distress (damaged corners) but are FACTORY SEALED. The side tape has come loose but the boxes are sealed per the bottom of the box sealing strip. This was photographed and detailed in the description. The factory seals are in-tact. Some people.....there's just no pleasing them, but did you read the listing? We couldn't be more accurate or descriptive.
