    Refund delayed because of your actions! 1st refund made to you on day of sale but failed to go through due to eBay tech issue, so you were asked to open 'Order not received' case. I assumed you had done so and together with eBay you were sorting it out. It was not until I saw your negative feedback that I contacted eBay who told be that you had NOT opened a not received case so I immediately refunded you for the 2nd time, it went through but N0 APOLOGY or RETRACTION! And you call me Disgusting??
