Currently in dispute with seller concerning return of item with a full refund. Item hasn't worked since removing it from shipping box and testing it. I tested it within 30 days of delivery, and was unable to test it sooner because I needed to purchase a CRT TV first. I asked to return item within 30 days of receiving item. Seller described item as "tested and fully functional", but in messages admitted to never actually playing with it. I never would've purchased item if I knew it wasn't tested.
