The item was not the issue. The delivery time and information given was not good. First tracking number showed being delivered to CA rather than IL. I was told I would get 'actual' tracking 2 days after that. I ordered 2 and only received 1. The 2nd one wasn't even shipped until I inquired about it. Still waiting for that 1 to arrive. Purchased on 5-3-24. ETA was to have been by the 14th
