The buyer is claiming an item as never been received because they did not read the description of the item for sale. It states PREORDER BY APRIL, SHIPS IN JUNE. I don`t know how to word that any simpler than it already is. it boggles my mind how people do not read the description for items listed as preorders.

Never received the item. Seller claiming it’s preorder, which would be fine but the seller was terribly rude when I asked for the status of the order. I’ve asked for a refund. Probably won’t get it. There are just certain ways you respond to people who are purchasing items from you. And tipping all caps and telling someone to read is not the proper way.

"it does not ship until JUNE read the description it is a preorder" "Well that was RUDE. I was simply asking. Please REFUND my money and CANCEL THE ORDER."
This person used way more caps than my "JUNE". This person cannot receive an item when it obviously hasn`t been sent to us by the manufacturer or it is quite possible this buyer does not know what we are currently in and yes he they will recieve the item in "JUNE"
