Customer failed to read product description so he had no idea what he was buying. The picture had coins for multiple lots and included a morgan dollar when 4 orders are placed. I explained to the customer who was so unaware that we have a money back guarantee, that he should return the coins and I would gladly refund the money. I was courteous to him even though he didn't have the decency to text me and instead displayed his ignorance in his review
