MISLEADING PARTS ADD. Purchasing from city motors Chicago coast my business a great deal of time and money. The bumper we purchased was mislabeled in the sale add under the wrong vehicle year. The bumper fits the car but the grille, and lights are all different. This created a huge delay, and a parts scavanger hunt.
Once in contact with the seller, they denied the bumper could be a different year, assured me i was wrong, and told me i was complaining. Not return business here. Costly mistake.
