3 of the cassette cases were broken up in a few small pieces. I think it was from the lack of packing bubbles around the whole product. A bunch of bubble wrap was on top of the product to keep it from moving around in the big box. One of the tapes even had a little piece broken off it, but I don't think it will effect playback.
