Item was shipped and delivered quickly, but due to insufficient packaging, the item was damaged and ruined. Contacted seller and new item was shipped but took over a month to get. It was suppose to be programmed for my specific vehicle, but after installation it clearly was not. I had to remove it and put my old one back in. Contacted seller with no response. Waste of time and money.
