    This claim is false, Buyer provided sufficient photographic evidence of cracked $8 dreamcast game and we fully refunded them accordingly. We do not know what specifically happened on their end because buyer did not message us prior to review if there in fact was an error. We kindly ask all buyers to please communicate with us directly if issues occur. Be assured buyer was fully refunded the full order price for the damage during shipment.
