While price for this brooch was fair, I did not receive item until at least two weeks after the order was placed. According to what I see, the item didn’t actually ship until over a week later. Also, it’s a brooch so should have been packed in a small box as opposed to a slightly padded envelope.

Thank you for the feedback on the packaging, I will use a box going forward because I take pride in our items and want everyone to be happy with their item. In regard to the delay in shipping, I did personally drop this off 4/29 (Monday from a Saturday purchase) and the only thing I can think of since it was a small package it was misplaced for a bit within the system. Glad it did finally arrive for you.
