Tried contacting the seller but no reply from them. The item didn’t come with a washing label that should have advised handwashing separately. Subsequently even a cool wash has resulted in the dye from the jumper transferring to other garments and ruining them. Even if they refunded me it wouldn’t make up for the £s lost in value of my clothes no longer wearable 😞
