It's shocking to me that ebay would allow negative feedback from a customer who freely purchased an item then decided she didn't like the price afterwards. The price of the cup was based on others listed and was not the lowest but certainly not the highest. That being said, I tried to to work it out with this customer by offering her a partial refund but she did not want to. Oh well. LIVE and learn.
