Item came bent in several places, seller wouldn’t respond to message with pics, had to submit for return and mail it back to get refund. Seller than had the nerve to block me like I did something wrong. Learn how to pack fragile cardboard for shipping better!

You sent pictures of the bent items then immediately opened a "return" case. Why in the world would I want to spend more money to have the product shipped back to me when it will not be resellable? Ebay offered me no other options once you asked for a return, so my hands were tied. When shipping damage occurs, I replace the item. I do not need a customer that costs me money and can't work with me for a solution.
