I did contact seller. He lied and said it was working when shipped. He said damaged in shipment which is another lie. The box I received it in is In perfect condition. The used item I bought is abused and no chance it was working. The case is a sealed case and was all apart in a 3 pieces. It makes a buzzing noise when plugged in. My unit never made any noise but moved chair up and down like it should. He wanted me to return it to Ebay. That cost me more lost money. I filed complaint with ebay..

Typical of an Ebayer with a rating of 2 (one of which was mine.) Why would I purposely sell stuff that is going to be returned. The item was tested before listing and was in fine shape when shipped. Heavy items can break plastic parts without showing damage to outer box. Buyer was offered full refund with an Ebay return which he refused. Was very threatening and abusive and was reported to Ebay. All sellers avoid this buyer.
