Horrible experience with buyer. eBay automatically marks item shipped when the shipping label is bought and created. Buyer did not use the cancel order feature which the buyer claims is not a thing but definitely is. So buyer paid for item then got mad that I shipped the item they purchased? Weird and then took 2 days to provide pics of damage, which I imagine the buyer did themself since they were mad I shipped an item they paid for. Return was accepted and still waiting for them to send back
