I had ordered one of these from a different vendor and sent it back because I could not set the voltage output to be "off" upon turn on as shown in the settings. I see that this one is the same but I don't want to go through the inconvenience of sending back this unit. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I have one that works properly and does allow setting voltage on or off at turn on. This is necessary to save circuits that may be damaged by an incorrect voltage. What do you suggest?
