Stainless Steel liner looks new, no scratches. Included extra sealing ring, metal steamer rack, and manual. Box was a little worn. Tested using Egg preset for hard boiled eggs and it functions OK. Outside of a few scratches overall the IP Rio Wide Plus appears OK. Arrived in shipping much sooner than expected.
