Part Fits just like the OEM one on my Ranger. There's a bit of binding somewhere in the mechanism when I press the lever up or down for a turn, but I can't say if its from the part or if I didn't install it entirely correctly. However, for what is does, how much it is, and what an equivalent part from a name brand part store would be- this does the job! Over time, I find the binding to be getting better as I use the switch over time.
