If the items don’t fully fit in a box without smashing them in, then take the time and effort to acquire a larger box. One of the Pokemon Mystery boxes sitting on top of the other ones was jammed in because it was all crushed when I opened it. The top mystery box would naturally stick out of the box, but in order for the shipment box to close, the seller had to push it down to close causing the item to deform, which in my opinion is bad practice because it may have damaged the goods inside.
