If first impressions mean anything then I have to exclaim what an Amazing seller, received a Heathkit VTVM instrument that was refurbished to almost the level of new and maybe better than factory. Item arrived very well packaged with additional layers around sensitive areas, notably tissue paper protecting the meter face from scratches to each item in the box bubble wrapped. This is a meter that will live on my home test bench & become an invaluable diagnostic tool. Communication was excellent!
