New, and delivery fast. But the item is not fit for the purpose. Plug is not fit the depth of the charging hole, adaptor damaged in 3 weeks time, could not charge anymore, when you plug in, the adaptor start a wired sound. Dare not to use.

Our chargers are good quality, plug size is manufacturing standard, the same as the item photo. If the plug couldn’t fit the depth of the charging hole, it means your laptop DC jack(charging hole) should be worn or broken. It needs to be replaced asap. That’s why after 3 weeks of usage, the loose and unfit power jack caused the electric current unstable. Our charger has protection circuit, its fuse burnt out to prevent further damage. Please have your laptop fully check with your local repairer.
