Had I known you had to pry the back of the phone off with a screwdriver which was hard to do I would never have bought this phone.. The starter pack sim card had expired which was only found after Telstra Technitions asked me to double check the serial number against the plastic disc the sim card was in. It was then I noticed the sim card had expired/ Not happy! Bad service. Also the spare starter pack I paid $10.00 for was also out of date.
