Package arrived well packed. No joke, the package went thru at least 12 different post offices or facilities. TonerQueena choice of shipping is just horrible. It took over 2 weeks to get from NJ to NY via USPS. For not much more cost, a few dollars, UPS would have it to me next or second day for sure. All my customers get the UPS gold treatment because I care. 3 days later toner and chips are working well. Color and density match is excellent Chips I will have to wait see.
